Sunday, May 27th, 2018.

As mentioned, we hit a small snag in regards to the spray foam insulation, problem being that the 3rd party Energy Efficiency Specialist required more spray foam to meet his standards for approval. So without hesitation, we called the insulators back in to give it another try. A couple day's work and $3000 later, we are glad to say we had the drywall contractors installing sheetrock...…small price to pay for the ability to guarantee the comfort of our future guests.

On another note, we were able to have the sound proofing added in all bedroom walls communicating to the public and service areas of the house, assuring the utmost privacy of each of the bedrooms.

And as mentioned, the drywall has started coming up, tape and float applied, ready for texture......

Next week be looking for new updates, including wall texture, flooring, and possibly new cabinet installation...

Sunday, May 13th, 2018.

After a long hault to the renovation of our property at 7429 Evie Lane, we are happy to say that things are now moving along smoothly.

This week we were able to complete a large uncovered rear patio which will serve as a great space for outdoor cooking and relaxing on a fatigue day or after a hard day at work.

Also completed was the totally new & updated electrical and network cable rough-in, including can lights, cable TV, and Cat5 surveillance camera & internet wiring.

Other improvements done this week include installation of energy efficient foam insulation and the 200 Amp electrical breaker box.

All in all, this week was very productive in preparing this property to have all the comforts necessary for a great stay. That along with a location you can't beat....
